COMPOSITE DENBY
The Composite Denby is a solid, maintenance-free garden building. It is available in 4 different colours of composite wall cladding with 5 different colours of UPVC doors and windows. The walls and ceiling are lined with a breathable membrane, behind substantial 3"x2" framing. A front canopy overhang completes the look of this robust garden building.

Bearers
Prolong the life of your building by raising it up on tanalised bearers. These 3” x 3” pressure-treated timbers allow additional air circulation under your building thus protecting your floor joists and floorboards during wet weather.
Plinth Kit
A composite plinth kit screens off the bearers across the front and two sides of the building.
Guttering
Black half-round guttering and downpipe is an optional extra available on the rear of the building.
Heavy Duty Shelving
3 tiers of 18" deep shelves can be fitted into your building on the rear wall, side wall or both. Supplied and fitted at the same time as your new building.
Building made to go through doorway
Some larger sheds, when made in the standard way have components that will not fit through a doorway with restricted height clearance. Larger buildings can be made in smaller components if necessary to allow access to the garden.
Delivery and installation is included in the price to all of England & Wales.

What is the delivery lead time
The current lead time is 9 weeks.
What is included in the price?
All prices include delivery, installation and VAT. Please add door(s), windows and optional extras to the 'shell' price to get a total price. Delivery restrictions may apply, see the Delivery Information tab for more information.
Can you provide an installation service?
Yes, the price includes delivery, installation and VAT assuming you have a perfectly flat, level, solid base and good access to the base with no height restrictions. N.B. 2ft / 60cm clear space is required around all 4 sides of the building.
Are the dimensions internal or external?
The dimensions given are external footprint measurements, please allow for roof overhang and bear in mind that 2ft / 60cm of spare space is required around all sides of the building.
What type of base do I need?
You will need a perfectly flat, level, solid base constructed of slabs or concrete. It can be the exact shed size or a bit bigger.
Are these composite buildings insulated?
No they aren't. The walls and roof are lined in Tyvek housewrap or similar barrier membrane, this can be left like this or insulated and internally boarded by the customer after installation. If you would like an insulated building, see our Elite range.
What kind of access do I need to my base?
Please consider the dimensions of your shed when ordering. Some of the larger buildings require 8ft height access for some of the sections to be carried to the base. We do not take buildings over garage roofs, high fences, walls etc. If necessary, buildings can be custom made in smaller components so they can fit through a restricted access; this carries a 12% surcharge.
What are the payment terms for Composite Buildings?
We take a 15% deposit if the building is ordered in person at our premises. 40% more is due approx 2-3 weeks later and the balance is payable 10 working days before delivery, or cash on delivery to the installers by prior agreement.
On-line orders are paid in full at the point of order.
What guarantee do I get with my building?
The composite walls carry a 10 year guarantee, the doors and windows have a 5 year guarantee and the EPDM rubber roof has a 25 year guarantee.
Can you make made to measure buildings?
Yes we can, as long as the building is square or rectangular. If you require a 9’x 4’ or 10’x 5’ for example, please refer to the next standard size up - 10’x 6’. This will give you a rough idea of price. For an exact price, please contact us. We cannot supply buildings with walls that taper from front to back or that do not have 90 degree corners. Non-standard building sizes incur a jig-alteration charge.
What size is the delivery vehicle?
Most deliveries are on a flat-bed Transit / Sprinter size vehicle.
